1. Products and Services
- We offer 100% pure and locally sourced products such as mustard oil, coconut oil, ghee, honey, spices, nuts, seeds, rice, lentils, sugar, pickles, puffed rice, etc.
- We ensure top quality, but natural products may vary slightly in color, texture, or aroma depending on the season and source.
2. Orders and Delivery
- Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery charges may apply depending on the location (inside or outside Dhaka).
- Incorrect address or unavailable customer may cause failed delivery and extra re-delivery charges.
- Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours after confirmation.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
- We accept Cash on Delivery, Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and Online Payments.
- Once payment is confirmed, refunds or returns are accepted only in specific cases mentioned below.
4. Return and Refund Policy
- Quality is our promise. If you find any product below our committed standard, we will replace it or refund you — no questions asked (after proper validation).
- Products can be returned only if:
- The wrong item is delivered
- The product is damaged or expired upon delivery
- Complaints must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Used, opened, or partially damaged products are not eligible for return.
- Upon verification, a refund or replacement will be issued accordingly.

- We collect and use customer information only to process orders and deliveries.
- We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with any third party, except as required by law.
6. Copyright and Ownership

- Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by natural disasters, transport issues, or third-party delays.
- The website content is provided “as is” and may contain errors or inaccuracies that we reserve the right to correct.

- Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on the website.

স্বাগতম খাঁটি পন্যের দোকান-এ!
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা পণ্য অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন। অনুগ্রহ করে পুরো শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।
১. পণ্য ও সেবা
- আমরা খাঁটি ও দেশীয় পণ্য যেমন সরিষার তেল, ঘি, মধু, মসলা, বাদাম, সিড, চাল, ডাল, চিনি, মুড়ি ইত্যাদি বিক্রয় করি।
- সকল পণ্যের মান ও বিশুদ্ধতা বজায় রাখতে আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে প্রাকৃতিক পণ্যের রঙ, ঘ্রাণ বা গঠন মৌসুম ও উৎসভেদে সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
২. অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারি
- অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ২-৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
- ঢাকা শহরের ভিতরে ও বাইরে ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
- ভুল ঠিকানা, ফোন নম্বর বা গ্রাহকের অনুপস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে পুনরায় ডেলিভারির জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
- অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর বাতিল করতে চাইলে অবশ্যই ৬ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে।
৩. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
- ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে, কোনো পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই।
- আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), এবং অনলাইন পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি।
- সফল পেমেন্টের পর পণ্য ফেরত বা রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র নির্দিষ্ট পরিস্থিতিতে প্রযোজ্য।
৪. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা
- গুণগতমানের বিষয়ে আমরা আপসহীন। আমাদের প্রতিশ্রুত মানের নিচে কোনো পণ্য পেলে যাচাই সাপেক্ষে আমরা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা রিফান্ড করবো — নির্দ্বিধায়।
- পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হবে কেবল নিচের ক্ষেত্রে:
- ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে
- পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ হলে
- অভিযোগ জানাতে হবে পণ্য পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে।
- ব্যবহৃত, খোলা বা আংশিক ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
- যাচাই শেষে রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রদান করা হবে।

৫. ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য ও নিরাপত্তা
- আমরা গ্রাহকের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারির জন্য ব্যবহার করি।
- কোনো অবস্থাতেই গ্রাহকের তথ্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে বিক্রি বা শেয়ার করা হয় না, আইনি প্রয়োজনে ছাড়া।
৬. কপিরাইট ও মালিকানা
- ওয়েবসাইটের সকল লেখা, ছবি, লোগো ও ডিজাইন খাঁটি পন্যের দোকান-এর সম্পত্তি।
- অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো কনটেন্ট কপি বা পুনঃপ্রকাশ করা যাবে না।
৭. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা
- ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা পরিবহন সমস্যার কারণে ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।
- ওয়েবসাইটে কোনো প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি বা ভুল তথ্য প্রদর্শিত হলে সেটি সংশোধনযোগ্য এবং এর দায় সীমিত।
৮. নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন
- আমরা যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করতে পারি।
- পরিবর্তন কার্যকর হবে ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশের তারিখ থেকে।
